Dave Probyn brings over 40 years of frontline Operations experience — from the shop floor to senior leadership roles across Toyota, Mercedes, and F1. As an Ops Manager, Director and Quality lead, Dave understands what it takes to build systems that perform in high-pressure, high-value environments. He’s the mind behind Ops System design and a powerful translator between strategic intent and operational reality.
Nigel
Nigel Borowski has spent 20 years in HR and 15 in change consulting, including senior roles at BAE Systems and across sectors. He brings deep insight into the human side of performance — helping leaders and teams align, engage and sustain real change.
Together, Dave and Nigel blend systems thinking with human-centred design to transform the way Operations works.
